What to Expect

The infrared sauna used in the Mahaya Cambridge clinic was handcrafted from solid Ontario basswood, a wood known for its allergy-free characteristics. Produced in a toxin-free environment with toxin free materials, our infrared sauna ensures clean air for all users.

In a space large enough for two people, you can enjoy temperatures in excess of 50° C using a self-regulated timer of up to one hour. A sliding window provides ventilation and natural 'cold spots' engineered within the sauna keep your drinking water cool.

In close proximity to the sauna is a shower and changing facilities with clean towels provided at each visit.
